  I went to forest oaks today...Hope to move here. Whenever new manager comes in its usually for the better. So what I've read in these reviews and certainly not what I experienced at all..staff very nice. Katie was so helpfully and so nice...apartment was amazing the grounds and pool are gorgeous...I can't wait to make it HOME!!......want to add...even thou I didn't meet all required my manager....sadden....but I give a 5 star for my pleasant experience....ty all that helped

  Our experience here in Rock Hill has been nothing less than amazing. We moved from out of state and they made this transition easy and seamless. Katie, Ethan, Jamie, Andrew, and the entire rest of the staff are amazing and so very thoughful of your personal space. They even came out on yesterday the 4th of July to ensure our happiness here. We love it here and can see us being here for a while. Thank you guys for all that you do.
