  Hunters chase condos is a joke. They have board members driving around complaining about the smallest thing yet they will not get the landscaping done. They put pine needles over weeds to cover them up, they haven't cut the grass in over a month. Which seems to be routine here. One of the sections of condos has a pickup truck full of trash sitting outside which has been there for the fourth week. And it smells to high heaven. The fence behind the condos is a frequent cut through for hoodlums from the behind apartment complex which was going to be replaced years ago per the board president. Not to mention there has been police here many nights when I keep up late it's now routine for me to check and see if there are police on the property which has become normal. This company collects homeowners fees and does nothing. Should be last choice. And yes the response will be we looked up your name and can't find your account. Maybe that's because I don't want you to.
