  Cockroaches on decks, in hallways and we've found some in our apartment. Maintenance does poor work and things fall apart instantly. The rugs are filthy. Overpriced and not well kept facilities. Inconsistent office hours. Closed when office shouldn't be closed. Office doesn't have courtesy of returning phone calls or emails. Office tells you maintenance will fix an issue and then no one shows up for days/weeks without even a courtesy call. It seems the staff here doesn't care about this place, their job and not the slightest about residents here. It's been on the decline since new management and new office manager. The playground has glass, cigarette butts and other construction materials all about the grounds. We can't wait to get out of here.

  I went with a friend of mine to Fields Patriot Apartments the staff was friendly and excited to show the apartments. we both thought nicely laid out, clean and nice amenities.. also putting a place for barbecue outside.. close to I-77 restaurants nearby.. I would definitely recommend STOPPING by and have a look.. we was a little concerned about a 3 star review 3 months ago but since then they have had New Management..
