  I have been with the credit union for almost a yr and have worked with pretty much the same loan officer there. She has always given great service as opposed to 2 others I tried to work with there. I went in to the center yesterday to get her assistance on my accounts. I signed with the teller and told her my request. Fortunately there was no one else in the waiting area. I saw the loan officer leave her office walk past me in the waiting area multiple times and speak with the other loan officers while not even speaking to me. I was wondering why would she not even speak. A few minutes later another lady called me in to get office to tell me that my loan officer had an appointment and couldn't help me. I understand that people have things going on and all, but wouldn't it be professional to acknowledge and maybe speak or say listen I have to run an errand and someone else will assist you. That way I can decide if I want to meet with another rep. Some of the others are very short and not as detailed. I think I will try one of the other branches out and see what the staff is like. I do agree that it's who helps you that determines you approval process.

  I have been with Family Trust since the mid 80's. When my wife and I joined we bought some property in the country and they approved the loan in less than a week. they also refinanced our house for us to lower the finance charge from another institution. Saved us a lot of money over the years. We appreciate the friendly reception from all the staff. Would I recommend my friends to Family Trust? Absolutely
