  I rented with the Edwards family on two separate occasions. About three and a half years in total. Once when I was single, once when I was newly wed. They are a good family in general. But, I would advise anyone going into a lease to not expect anything truly professional from them. They do provide nice accommodations at a reasonable rate. If you live in Rock Hill, consider them as an option. I liked both of my homes that I lived in, really they were quite nice. But...do not expect any sort of professional service from them in terms of "going by the book." They will nickel and dime you on your renter's deposit particularly. Expect about 1/3 to 1/2 of what you gave them in your deposit, even if you leave your home in awesome condition. This is not just my experience, this is what many friends have dealt with. They hope that by cheating you in the end you won't take them to small claims court. And hey, it worked on me twice. I had legal reason to take them to court, and I didn't. It wasn't worth the $500 they cheated me of. Someone would have to really, deeply hurt me for me to make a lawsuit of it. I liked my home. I think I might still like the family. But lower your expectations on service. The home is good, the service is far less than ok. The grandson's name is Duncan. He is great. Try talking to him.
